Membership Terms.

These terms and conditions (“Membership Terms”) apply exclusively to the UpGreat Membership Program offered by Next Case II ApS (CVR 42770914), Marskensgade 29, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark.
They do not govern the purchase of products, hotel stays, flights, or restaurant experiences available through UpGreat’s partners.
Separate terms and conditions may apply to those transactions.
1. About the Membership
UpGreat is a members-only purchasing club designed to increase the buying power of individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.
Members gain access to exclusive rates and corporate-level advantages through collective and upfront purchasing.
All memberships are paid upfront and used to secure better purchasing conditions for the community.
2. Eligibility
Membership is available to:
Individuals aged 18 or older
Small and medium-sized companies and their employees
Memberships are personal or company-specific and cannot be resold, shared, or transferred without UpGreat’s written consent.
Violation of these rules may result in termination without refund.
3. Membership Levels
UpGreat may offer multiple membership tiers (e.g., Starter and Pro), each with different benefits and levels of purchasing power.
The available tiers, pricing, and associated advantages are always listed on www.getUpGreat.com.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for a membership on getUpGreat.com, you agree to these Membership Terms and authorize UpGreat to process your membership fee according to the chosen tier.
You will receive an electronic confirmation via email after your payment and activation.
5. Membership Fee and Payment
The membership fee is paid upfront and in full at the time of registration.
All payments are used collectively to secure partner agreements and cannot be refunded after activation, except under the withdrawal rights outlined in Section 7.
UpGreat accepts secure payments via:
Visa, Mastercard, and Dankort
MobilePay (where available)
Stripe or Reepay (where available)
Klarna (where available)
UpGreat does not store complete card data; all transactions are processed securely by third-party providers.
6. Cancellation and Commitment Period
You may cancel your UpGreat membership at any time by contacting hello@getUpGreat.com with your name, email, and membership ID.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current membership period.
You retain access to all benefits until that date.
Exceptions:
The membership cannot be cancelled during the first 24 hours due to technical processing.
If you have an active order related to your membership benefits, cancellation becomes valid only after the order is fulfilled (typically within 24 hours).
After cancellation, no further charges will occur unless you reactivate your membership.
7. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you joined the UpGreat membership.
To exercise this right, email us at hello@getUpGreat.com clearly stating your wish to withdraw from the membership.
If you withdraw, you must pay for the portion of the service already delivered (e.g., access or use of member benefits), calculated proportionally up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal.
Once the 14-day period expires, all membership payments become binding, as funds are used to secure community-based deals.
8. Renewal
Your membership renews automatically at the end of the current term, unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6.
You will receive a reminder email before renewal, and the applicable membership fee will be charged to your registered payment method.
9. Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
Use the membership according to UpGreat’s guidelines and partner conditions
Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and billing information
Avoid reselling or sharing benefits
Respect fair-use rules of the UpGreat community
UpGreat reserves the right to monitor usage and suspend accounts for abuse or misuse.
10. Refunds and Termination
Membership fees are non-refundable after activation, except where withdrawal rights apply (Section 7).
UpGreat may terminate memberships without notice in case of misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
In such cases, remaining value or benefits are forfeited.
11. Communication
UpGreat may send members essential information, such as payment confirmations, renewals, and account updates.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails (offers, news) at any time by using the unsubscribe link.
12. Amendments to Membership Terms
UpGreat may amend these Membership Terms periodically to reflect updates in our membership model, legal requirements, or business operations.
Members will be notified by email or through the website. Continued use of the membership after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Membership Terms are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes arising from or related to the membership shall be settled by the Danish courts in Copenhagen, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
