UpGreat is a members-only purchasing club designed to increase the buying power of individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.
Members gain access to exclusive rates and corporate-level advantages through collective and upfront purchasing.
All memberships are paid upfront and used to secure better purchasing conditions for the community.
1. Introduction
UpGreat operates as an intermediary platform connecting members with selected travel, hospitality, and experience partners (“Partners”). Through UpGreat, members can access enhanced buying power and corporate-level deals on hotel stays, flights, and dining experiences.
UpGreat does not own, operate, or control any of the services, products, or experiences offered by its Partners. All bookings and transactions are ultimately made directly with the Partner.
2. Scope of Services
UpGreat provides:
Access to a curated network of hotel, flight, and restaurant Partners.
Payment facilitation via secure accounts (e.g., Revolut Business).
Issuance of virtual or physical payment cards for member use.
Reporting and overview of Partner transactions.
UpGreat acts solely as a facilitator between the Member and the Partner.
UpGreat is not a travel agency, booking provider, or tour operator.
3. Relationship Between Member, UpGreat, and Partner
When a Member makes a purchase through UpGreat:
The contract for the product or service is entered directly between the Member and the Partner.
UpGreat does not become a party to that contract.
Any changes, cancellations, or complaints regarding Partner products must be addressed directly with the Partner in accordance with their terms and policies.
UpGreat shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, service quality, or cancellations related to Partner products or services.
4. Payments and Financial Handling
All deposits or payments made to UpGreat are held for the purpose of facilitating purchases from Partners.
UpGreat may charge a membership fee and/or administration fee for providing access to the platform and related services.
When a Member uses an UpGreat-issued payment method:
UpGreat settles payments with the relevant Partner.
Partners may provide a commercial return (“kickback”) to UpGreat for facilitating the transaction.
This arrangement does not affect the price the Member pays to the Partner.
UpGreat does not earn commission or margin on the Partner’s base price unless explicitly stated.
5. Partner Selection and Loyalty
UpGreat collaborates exclusively with preferred partners chosen for their quality, reliability, and fit for professional clients. We do not aim to include all providers in the market instead, we focus loyalty and volume on a smaller group of trusted Partners. Without our Partners, there would be no UpGreat and we encourage Members to respect and book directly through them.
6. Limitation of Liability
UpGreat shall not be liable for:
Errors, delays, or cancellations caused by Partners.
Losses, damages, or additional costs arising from Partner services.
Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or travel delays.
UpGreat’s total liability in any case shall not exceed the total membership fee paid by the Member for the period concerned.
7. Data Protection
UpGreat processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Information is shared only with Partners and payment providers as required to fulfill the Member’s requests and transactions.
8. Amendments
UpGreat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on www.getupgreat.com.
Continued use of the UpGreat platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
